Make an impact shaping young minds while working onsite in a vibrant educational setting near Minneapolis, MN. This full-time contract opportunity (32.5 hours/week) spans the  academic year, running from August 19, 2026, to May 18, 2027. Enjoy a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, 9:00 am to 3:30 pm, dedicated to fostering growth and achievement in an elementary classroom.

• A bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) in teaching or a related field from an accredited institution
• Active Minnesota State certification in K-6 Elementary Education
• Tier 2 or Tier 3 teaching license
• Solid understanding of instructional strategies for multiple learning styles
• Proficiency integrating technology in daily lessons

• Demonstrating a strong command of elementary subject matter
• Planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lesson plans and materials
• Creating an inclusive classroom, differentiating instruction for diverse learners
• Guiding students in using learning materials and educational technologies
• Monitoring progress, providing feedback, and adapting teaching approaches as needed

Caseload placement is within an elementary classroom, affording you the chance to make meaningful connections with students during a pivotal stage in their academic journey.
