Preschool Teacher

Early Childhood Teacher Requirements:

• must be able to start work within the next 3-4 weeks
• a CDA, college degree (associates, bachelors, or masters) or a minimum of 16 semester credits towards and early childhood education or and ECE related field. College credits are required.
• ability to work 4 - 10 hour shifts (Monday-Friday)
• must be authorized to work in the US
• must pass a MN Department of Human Services background study

This position starts at $22.30-$24.30+ per hour. Our wage scale is based on education and experience.

Temporary parent parking is available to make drop-off and pick-up more convenient for busy families. This thoughtful feature helps simplify daily routines and ensures a smooth arrival and departure experience.

Nature Explore Certification
is a national initiative that recognizes organizations committed to providing high-quality, nature-based outdoor classrooms. Achieving this certification involves creating a thoughtfully designed outdoor space that incorporates research-based, field-tested design principles to connect children with nature. These spaces are dynamic environments where children can engage in play and learning, fostering exploration, discovery, and creativity.

Research indicates that regular interaction with nature enhances children’s physical activity, self-discipline, stress reduction, cognitive abilities, and problem-solving skills.
