McGarity Consulting Group seeks skilled practitioners to design and deliver anti-racism and equity sessions for Minneapolis city departments. Most work is in person with some live webinars and self-paced eLearning.
You will assess needs with department leaders, facilitate sessions, and coach participants as they apply learning through to 2030. The engagement runs from early 2027 through January 2030, with travel as needed.
