Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Siemens Controls Engineer to lead programming, debugging, and commissioning of complex automated processing equipment. This is a hands‑on, on‑site position with immediate impact on bringing partially completed machines to stable, production‑ready operation.

• Develop, modify, and troubleshoot Siemens S7-1500 / TIA Portal programs and WinCC HMIs
• Integrate PLCs, HMIs, drives, and field devices via PROFINET/PROFIBUS and other industrial networks
• Complete and stabilize controls on existing equipment (VFD checkout, I/O verification, safety validation, sequence debugging)
• Support FAT, SAT, and customer‑site commissioning (primarily domestic; some international travel possible)

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 7–10+ years of experience in industrial controls for custom machinery
• Strong background in Siemens TIA Portal, S7-1500, and WinCC
• Experience with VFDs, motion control, and PID processes
• Demonstrated ability to take partially written code to fully commissioned equipment under deadlines
• Independent, self‑directed, and able to own project outcomes
• Effective communicator with both technical and non‑technical colleagues
