Job DescriptionThis position is responsible for planning, coordinating, and directing all activities, projects, and personnel within the Mechanical and Electrical Engineering disciplines. The role involves serving as a direct report to discipline leaders, acting as a liaison for engineering services, and interacting with various stakeholders including Market Sector Leaders, Project Managers, clients, consultants, and vendors.
Responsibilities- Effective communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to lead and promote teamwork among engineering professionals.
- Extensive knowledge of building codes and standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
