This is an opportunity to join our client's growing engineering and consulting firm as a Senior Professional Transportation Engineer. The ideal candidate is a seasoned roadway design professional who is passionate about mentoring teams, managing impactful projects, and building strong client relationships.

• Provide technical leadership in roadway design and guide teams in delivering high-quality solutions
• Manage projects from proposal through delivery, including scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholder engagement
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service and communication
• Support business development through marketing, proposal writing, and industry engagement

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
• 8+ years of highway/roadway design experience
• Proficiency in Micro Station and GEOPAK
• Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills
• Experience with public engagement and presenting technical concepts
• Proven ability to write proposals and manage client relationships
• Design-build or CMGC experience is a plus
