We’re seeking an experienced Sr. R&D Engineer to join a growing medical device team focused on catheter-based products
.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work on innovative devices that improve patient outcomes while driving hands‑on product development from concept through commercialization.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the design, prototyping, and testing of catheter-based devices
• Develop and execute design verification and validation plans
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes
• Support process improvements and scale‑up activities
• Apply design controls, risk management, and regulatory compliance in a fast‑paced environment

What We’re Looking For:

• 8+ years in R&D engineering in medical devices or other regulated environments
• Experience with catheter devices or combination drug-device products
• Strong knowledge of design controls, FDA/QSR/ISO compliance, and GMP practices
• Hands‑on experience with prototyping, testing, and data analysis
• Comfortable leading full product life cycle from design through commercialization
