The successful candidate will create project manuals for vertical construction, prepare specifications, and assist with product research. Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, or engineering coupled with at least eight years of relevant experience. Proficiency with specifications software like Master Spec and Specs Intact is preferred.

The role also requires leadership in the specification formatting process across disciplines.
