Sr. Manager Engineering, Indoor Air Quality

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Manager of Engineering to lead product development for our Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) segment. This team designs and develops residential IAQ solutions including dehumidifiers, humidifiers, ventilation systems and HVAC air filters
. You’ll play a critical role in shaping the future of our IAQ product portfolio, driving innovation, and building a high-performing engineering team.

You will leverage your technical experience and skills to guide your team in the investigation and solution of challenging technical problems. You will use your leadership skills to motivate teams that are designing new or modifying existing products, parts and processes. By collaborating with customers and broader engineering teams, you will balance team workload and drive exceptional team performance with high impact for the business.

• Lead end-to-end product development from concept through launch, including design, prototyping, testing, validation, and production support.
• Develop, led and mentor a team of development engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Quality, and Operations to ensure alignment and execution.
• Drive technology roadmaps and innovation strategies for IAQ products.
• Ensure rigorous testing and validation of products to meet performance, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Benchmark competitors and identify opportunities for differentiation.
• Develop and manage budgets, timelines, and resource plans for development projects.

• 8+ years of experience in product development, preferably in consumer or residential HVAC, appliances, or related technologies.
• Proven track record of leading engineering teams and delivering successful products to market.
• Strong understanding of electro-mechanical systems, airflow, filtration, and environmental controls.
• Experience with testing protocols, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance.

• Experience with embedded systems, controls, or IoT integration.
• Familiarity with design for manufacturability and cost optimization.
• Prior experience in a competitive IAQ or HVAC-related market.
