What You’ll Bring Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hydrogeology or Geology.
  • 4+ years of hydrogeology experience, including groundwater modeling.
  • Hands‑on experience with MODFLOW/MT3D and newer platforms such as MODFLOW-USG or MODFLOW 6.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills; ability to produce high‑quality technical reports.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced consulting environment.
  • Commitment to safety and adherence to established Health & Safety protocols.
  • Driver’s License

    Required:

    This position requires a valid driver’s license and/or the ability to operate a company vehicle due to the nature of job duties, which include frequent travel to various client locations across a large geographical area.
  • This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
Preferred
  • Master’s degree in Hydrogeology or Geology.
  • Experience programmatically managing modeling data using languages such as Fortran, Python, or R.
  • Background using data analytics or visualization tools.
  • Experience with Leapfrog or similar 3D geological modeling tools.
  • 40‑hour HAZWOPER certification (preferred, not required).
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as an integral team member supporting diverse environmental, remediation, and water resource projects.
  • Develop and refine 3D geologic and hydrogeologic conceptual models using tools such as Leapfrog.
  • Perform hydrogeologic evaluations including capture zone analyses, pumping test interpretation, and groundwater–surface water interaction assessments.
  • Plan, participate in, and/or oversee field programs such as hydraulic testing, well installation, drilling oversight, sample collection, and preparation of logs and cross‑sections.
  • Prepare work plans, technical reports, and modeling deliverables for internal teams and clients.
  • Collaborate with GIS specialists to generate high‑quality maps and visualizations.
  • Present data and findings using modern visualization and analytics tools.
  • Meet quality, budget, and scheduling expectations while managing scope‑specific tasks effectively.
