Project Engineer

The Project Engineering Manager leads the engineering and technical execution of water treatment system projects from proposal through commissioning. This role manages a team of engineers and drives collaboration across departments to deliver high-quality, cost-effective, and timely project outcomes.

• Lead the engineering and technical execution of water treatment system projects.
• Manage a team of engineers to ensure project success.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure high-quality, cost-effective, and timely project outcomes.
• Oversee project coordination, document control, and design processes.
• Utilize tools such as AutoCAD, Solid Works, and Microsoft Office for project management and design tasks.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Solid Works, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong project management and coordination skills.
• Experience with document control and P&t.
• Design and blueprint interpretation abilities.
• Mechanical engineering expertise.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of engineering experience within industrial equipment.
• 1+ year of management or leadership experience.

The work environment consists of a cubicle setting with occasional time spent on the floor. The position offers a professional atmosphere conducive to collaboration and project execution.

Permanent position based out of Brooklyn Park, MN.
