Senior Engineer

10 is seeking a Senior Engineer for a 6-month contract to hire role with our financial services client in Minneapolis, MN. This role is 100% remote.

Compensation: $75.00 - $90.00 per hour W2, depending on skill and experience level.

We are looking to fill a Senior Data Engineer role that requires over 10 years of experience in Data Engineering. This is a hands‑on position where the candidate must have expertise in AWS, Databricks, DBT, and advanced SQL skills. Additionally, it's crucial for the candidate to have a thorough knowledge of end‑to‑end design and development in Data Engineering. They should be adept at translating requirements into technical solutions and thereby implementing them effectively to drive business outcome.

Experience in building reusable data assets is essential. Moreover, we are looking for someone who possesses strong soft skills and has exposure to the financial domain, which would be a significant plus. We need a self‑starter who can take the lead on various activities and demonstrate robust experience in data observability, data quality, and overall data governance principles.
