Job Summary: In this role, you will oversee implementation and monitoring of assurance processes across engineering and project delivery. The position ensures compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards while supporting continuous improvement and risk mitigation.

• Develop and implement assurance strategies and plans across engineering disciplines.
• Lead technical reviews and audits to verify compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
• Coordinate with design, construction, and operations teams to embed assurance into all phases of delivery.
• Maintain assurance registers, dashboards, and documentation for traceability and reporting.
• Identify non-conformances and lead root cause analysis and corrective action processes.
• Support risk assessments and mitigation planning related to engineering assurance.
• Liaise with clients, regulators, and third‑party auditors to demonstrate compliance and performance.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior assurance engineers.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and lessons learned programs.

• Requires a bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) and 13–17 years of relevant experience, or 15–18 years of relevant work experience.

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Proficiency in assurance tools and reporting platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
