Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the preparation of hydrologic and hydraulic modeling tasks, including setup of models, guiding the team during a modeling effort, and reviewing modeling work prepared by others.
  • Collaborate with civil, mechanical, electrical, I&C, structural, and CAD disciplines to produce plans and specifications.
  • Consistently manage and deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Mentor and manage staff; provide technical leadership.
  • Participate in local professional organizations and present market‑specific papers and presentations.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering or closely related discipline.
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
  • Experience with 1‑D and 2‑D hydraulic/hydrologic modeling software (HEC RAS, PCSWMM, Hydro

    CAD, etc.).
  • Broad knowledge of water resources engineering analysis and design.
  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent technical writing and team leadership skills.
  • Experience with Auto Desk Civil 3D and/or Bentley Micro Station.
  • Experience in site grading design, surface runoff management, detention design, conveyance.
Approach to Flexibility

Hybrid schedule: two days a week in the office, two days remotely, Friday flexible. Eligible roles may also offer a compressed 9/80 work schedule.
