• Design and analyze HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems in accordance with project requirements and industry standards.
• Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and documentation using AutoCAD, Revit, and other engineering software.
• Conduct site surveys and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure successful project execution.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and other team members.
• Manage project timelines and resources effectively to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Continually review and update existing engineering standards and practices to maintain industry relevance.
• Participate in project meetings and present design proposals and project updates to clients and stakeholders.
• Perform troubleshooting and resolve any issues related to mechanical systems.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, specifically in mechanical engineering.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Excel.
• Extensive knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and other mechanical systems.
• Familiarity with commercial, industrial, and residential construction standards and regulations.
• Excellent problem‑solving, project management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high‑quality work.
• Willingness to stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
