- Design and analyze HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems in accordance with project requirements and industry standards.
- Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and documentation using AutoCAD, Revit, and other engineering software.
- Conduct site surveys and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure successful project execution.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and other team members.
- Manage project timelines and resources effectively to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Continually review and update existing engineering standards and practices to maintain industry relevance.
- Participate in project meetings and present design proposals and project updates to clients and stakeholders.
- Perform troubleshooting and resolve any issues related to mechanical systems.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license is required.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, specifically in mechanical engineering.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Excel.
- Extensive knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and other mechanical systems.
- Familiarity with commercial, industrial, and residential construction standards and regulations.
- Excellent problem‑solving, project management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high‑quality work.
- Willingness to stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
