Our client, a growing leader in fluid power solutions, is seeking a Design Engineer to join their Systems Engineering Department. This role plays a critical part in translating customer requirements into well‑engineered, efficient fluid power systems.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the full system lifecycle, from initial concept through final quotation.
- Design and develop custom fluid power solutions tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate closely with sales and manufacturing teams to ensure designs are practical and cost-effective.
The primary industry focus is Agriculture, with additional project work spanning Construction, Mining, and Oil & Gas.
100% in‑office role, supporting hands‑on collaboration, knowledge sharing, and mentorship within the Systems Engineering team.
Qualifications- Two‑year Fluid Power Associate’s degree or a four‑year degree in a related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience as a drafter/designer.
- Five years of experience in a related field.
