Project Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in medical device standards (ISO 13485) and EU MDR compliance to join a cross-functional engineering environment. This role demands strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities to drive quality and compliance initiatives.
Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple projects in compliance with ISO 13485 and EUMDR standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (CFTs) across engineering, quality, and regulatory functions.
• Apply strong analytical skills to interpret data and solve complex problems.
• Drive technical excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Electronics, or related Engineering field (master's preferred).
• 5 9 years of relevant experience, ideally with EUMDR projects.
• Proven leadership experience with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
• PMP certification preferred.
