Search Consultant Manager @ Employ BridgeOverview
Lead and improve manufacturing processes while managing and developing a team of process engineers. Drive efficiency, quality, and cost improvements through continuous improvement initiatives and cross‑functional collaboration. Of note, we will consider relocation of candidates for the right person.
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
Salary: $104,000 – $135,000 (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities
- Lead process design, optimization, and continuous improvement efforts
- Manage and mentor a team of process engineers
- Analyze production flow and implement efficiency and cost‑reduction initiatives
- Lead internal improvement projects, including resource planning
- Partner with production, quality, and R&D teams
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Track and report KPIs related to cost, quality, and production
- Troubleshoot and resolve process, equipment, and production issues
Required Qualifications
- Technical degree required (HS/GED minimum)
- 5+ years of manufacturing leadership or technical management experience
- 10+ years of process or continuous improvement within engineering
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma
- Proven problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
- Tool & Die training and leadership experience
- Experience with Buhler, Prince, or Weingarten machines
- Strong understanding of complex die cast tooling
