Search Consultant Manager @ Employ Bridge

Overview

Lead and improve manufacturing processes while managing and developing a team of process engineers. Drive efficiency, quality, and cost improvements through continuous improvement initiatives and cross‑functional collaboration. Of note, we will consider relocation of candidates for the right person.

Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.

Salary: $104,000 – $135,000 (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead process design, optimization, and continuous improvement efforts
  • Manage and mentor a team of process engineers
  • Analyze production flow and implement efficiency and cost‑reduction initiatives
  • Lead internal improvement projects, including resource planning
  • Partner with production, quality, and R&D teams
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Track and report KPIs related to cost, quality, and production
  • Troubleshoot and resolve process, equipment, and production issues

Required Qualifications

  • Technical degree required (HS/GED minimum)
  • 5+ years of manufacturing leadership or technical management experience
  • 10+ years of process or continuous improvement within engineering
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma
  • Proven problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
  • Tool & Die training and leadership experience
  • Experience with Buhler, Prince, or Weingarten machines
  • Strong understanding of complex die cast tooling
