Market Engineer HVAC (National Role)

Allegis is hiring a Market Engineer to lead and grow our presence in the HVAC market nationwide.

This role is built for a self-directed, industry-savvy professional who knows HVAC, enjoys being in front of customers, and thrives without hand-holding. You will travel nationally, own your market strategy, and act as the technical and commercial face of Allegis within the HVAC industry.

This position will be located at our corporate office in Minneapolis, MN.

What Youll Do

  • Own the HVAC market strategy: target customers, applications, and product focus
  • Lead product introductions, design assistance, and technical engagement
  • Partner with Business Development Managers and Representatives to drive growth
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with strategic HVAC customers
  • Prospect new business and expand existing accounts
  • Influence and participate in new HVAC product and technology development
  • Represent Allegis at trade shows, customer visits, and industry events
  • Communicate market trends, competitive threats, and growth opportunities
