As a Civil Designer, you will contribute to diverse engineering projects and collaborate with internal teams and clients. Your responsibilities include:

• Developing design concepts and collaborating with clients and internal teams
• Resolving project issues proactively with guidance from team members
• Producing high-quality documents adhering to in-house drafting standards
• Assisting in the creation and refinement of standards, templates, and best practices for the Civil Engineering Department
• Coordinating with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure seamless project execution
• Setting up projects following company standards and creating custom AutoCAD content when needed
• Reviewing designs for accuracy, completeness, and quality
• Participating in process improvements and contributing ideas to enhance workflows and standards

• 3-15+ years of experience in Civil Engineering design
• Knowledge of software like AutoCAD, Civil 3d, HydroCAD, Bluebeam, or Infraworks
• An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Ability to occasionally travel to sites
