We're seeking a motivated and experienced professional to lead roadway design projects and mentor a dynamic team of engineers, technicians, and interns.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage multiple roadway design projects from development through construction
- Ensure compliance with MNDOT design standards
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Supervise and mentor junior staff across disciplines and locations
- Lead project delivery, contract preparation, bidding, and construction oversight
- Coordinate technical accuracy and enforce QA/QC measures
- Represent the firm in meetings, presentations, and community engagements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- PE registration in Alabama (required)
- 10+ years of experience in roadway design
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Micro Station/Open Roads
