Senior Retail & Commercial Civil Engineer – Land Development; PE

At Landform, you'll do more than design projects. You'll help strengthen the technical expertise, design standards, and quality of work that make successful projects possible.

You’ll work alongside civil engineers, planners, land surveyors, landscape architects, and development professionals in a collaborative studio environment. Drawing on your experience, you’ll help guide engineering design, develop internal resources, mentor team members, and ensure our projects meet Landform’s standards for technical quality and consistency.

We're looking for an experienced Professional Engineer with 10+ years of civil engineering and land development experience who enjoys solving technical challenges, sharing knowledge, and helping others grow. This role is ideal for an engineer who wants to make a broader impact by improving how our team designs, reviews, documents, and delivers projects.
