Our work can range from developing a site and grading plan for a new energy facility or other development to designing drainage and utilities, laying out roads and construction access, solving erosion or slope problems, or supporting improvements at major infrastructure facilities.
You'll collaborate with experienced engineers and designers, taking greater ownership of designs, coordinating across disciplines, and helping deliver projects from concept through construction. You'll continue to grow with support from senior engineers while guiding less-experienced engineers.
What You Will Be DoingDepending on your experience and interests, and the projects that we have in front of us, your responsibilities may include:

- Perform hydrologic and hydraulic analyses
- Develop erosion and sediment control designs
- Support slope stabilization, slope protection, drainage, and related site improvements
- Prepare construction drawings, technical specifications, calculations, reports, and cost estimates
- Coordinate with geotechnical, structural, mechanical, electrical, water resources, and other engineering disciplines
- Participate in field investigations and construction support
- Work directly with project managers and, as your experience grows, clients
- Review work prepared by designers, engineers in training, and engineering interns
- Take increasing responsibility for technical decisions, project coordination, schedules, and budgets

- Water and utility infrastructure
