Matrix Technology, a European leader in virtual reality attractions & 5D cinema, is introducing two new attractions at Mall of America in the Nickelodeon Universe area: "Shark Attack" and "Mystery Mine". We are expanding and seeking qualified "Guides" to join our team.
We are looking for show-business oriented individuals with a love for entertainment and a practical approach to business. Positions include full-time and weekend-oriented part-time roles.
Responsibilities:- Greeting guests and providing information about attractions and ticketing
- Handling transactions and gift shop sales
- Basic housekeeping duties
- Training as an Experience Guide to operate rides and entertain guests
- Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems, good math skills, and a positive attitude
- Computer and internet skills
- Flexibility to work full-time shifts, including evenings, holidays, and weekends
Training will be provided. All positions require flexibility to cover various roles as needed.
