This role involves working predominantly show hours with occasional non-show hours and requires the ability to supervise and coordinate the security department and staff within the venue, under the direction of the Security Manager and Operations Manager.

• This role will be on predominantly show hours with occasional non-show hours.
• Work directly with the GM, Ops Manager and other supervisors to perform day-of-show duties.
• Respond to elevated staff/guest inquiries or concerns regarding shows, artist meet and greet packages, amenities, VIP program and seat upgrades.
• Address guest concerns and complaints related to security and customer service.
• Lead staff, provide ongoing training, manage staff positioning, ensure staff are informed on event details and monitor breaks.
• Coordinate with Security and Guest Services to meet service standards.
• Perform opening/running/closing duties per Live Nation policy.
• Keep current on Standard Operating Procedures and communicate them to the team.
• Maintain security checklists and inventory in coordination with Ops Manager.
• Turn in lost and found articles to Box Office.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service per training and Live Nation policies.
• Participate in pre-shift meetings and communicate issues to M.O.D. (Manager on Duty).
• Work with the M.O.D. to resolve guest issues; escalate to management as needed.
• Complete incident reports and collect witness statements; submit ejection logs and reports as required.
• Occasionally work special events scheduled throughout the venue.
• Other tasks as assigned.

• High School Diploma required.
• 3-5 years in restaurant, bar, or night club leadership roles.
• Working knowledge of high-volume nightclub operations, responsible alcohol service and guest relations.
• Experience in developing operating procedures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong prioritization, communication, and training abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with a positive attitude.
• Experience handling administrative tasks (inventory, labor forecasting, scheduling, sales reports, invoices, performance tracking).
• Detail- and solution-oriented.

• Security experience;
  Guard Card a plus.
• Experience in a live music environment.
• College diploma in related field.
• Interest in growing within Live Nation and venue operations.

• Fast-paced, often loud environment with flashing/strobing lights.
• Extended periods of standing and being on your feet.
• Must be able to lift/move up to 50 lbs using proper lifting techniques.

The expected compensation for this position is $20.00 - $25.00 USD hourly. Pay is based on factors including location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
