About the Company

FPN Gaming is a licensed charitable gaming distributor dedicated to helping licensed organizations succeed in their gaming operations in Minnesota, with affiliate operations in North Dakota, Kentucky, and Indiana. We are aligned with top manufacturers to provide our clients with products from Grover Gaming, Arrow International, Douglas Press, American Games, Paramount Games, and others. FPN Gaming also provides its own line of unique products and services, as well as custom game content.

About the Role

We are looking for an entrepreneurial, high-integrity individual to expand the business in new Minnesota territories. This is not a typical 9-to-5 sales role. We are looking for a "Founding Member" of our MN team who is willing to roll up their sleeves and wear every hat necessary to build the region. In the beginning, you will be the Salesperson, the Account Manager, the Delivery Driver, and the Tech Support Specialist.

As you build the territory and revenue grows, we intend to hire additional support staff to handle logistics, allowing you to focus on scaling the business. If you are a self-starter looking to build something of your own within a supportive company structure, this is your chance.

Responsibilities

  • Business Development:
Scout and secure new accounts with licensed charitable organizations across Minnesota.
  • Full-Cycle Operations:
In the early stages, manage product delivery, equipment installation, and basic technical troubleshooting.
  • Consultative Sales:
Educate charities on how FPN products can maximize their fundraising revenue.
  • Compliance: strictly adhere to Minnesota Gambling Control Board regulations and ensure all client operations remain compliant.
  • Relationship Management:
Act as the face of FPN Gaming, maintaining high-touch relationships with Gambling Managers and organizational contacts.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in the charitable gaming industry (Distributor or Manufacturer Sales, Gambling or Assistant Gambling Manager, Regulatory roles).
  • Strong knowledge of Minnesota Gaming Regulations.
  • Ability to pass a strict background check required by the Minnesota Gambling Control Board.
  • Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation (or ability to manage fleet vehicle if provided).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Required Skills

  • A "Swiss Army Knife":
You are humble enough to load a truck and skilled enough to close a deal in a boardroom.
  • An Industry Insider:
You possess a deep understanding of the Minnesota charitable gaming landscape.
  • Connected:
You have an existing network of Gambling Managers, Assistant Managers, or licensed charities (highly preferred).
  • Trustworthy:
You have a reputation for high integrity. In this industry, your name is your currency.
  • Self-Motivated:
You don't need a manager looking over your shoulder to stay productive.

Preferred Skills

  • Strong Customer Service and/or Technical Support background
  • Experience in building a client base, managing employees.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Pay range and compensation package

We know top talent requires top compensation. We are committed to rewarding the hard work required to launch a new market.

  • Competitive Base Salary:
Plus aggressive commission structure and bonus incentives.
  • Health Benefits:

We pay the first $500 of your monthly health insurance premium.
  • HSA Match:
Company contribution match up to $100/month.
  • Retirement: 3% Matching Simple-IRA.
  • Executive

    Incentives:

For candidates with a proven track record of industry sales and substantial existing connections to licensed organizations, we are offering a Sign-On Bonus and potential Equity/Ownership options, for the right individual.

If you are tired of being just another number at a large distributor and want the autonomy to build a territory with significant financial upside, we want to hear from you.
