Responsibilities
  • Actively support the management of positive relationships with one or more of Sportradar’s US league partners (currently includes MLB, NBA, NHL, NASCAR, USSF, USL, Liga MX, UFL, ECHL, and more).
  • Assist the team in negotiating and finalizing partnership agreements with leagues through collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Ownership of compiling quarterly financial performance analysis of US league portfolio assets against relevant commercial metrics and KPIs.
  • Generate detailed reports and presentations to showcase data trends and performance metrics related to league partnerships.
  • Oversight of Salesforce account creation and maintenance for the partnerships team.
  • Identify and monitor new betting and media rights/licenses and other business opportunities with sports rights holders in the US.
  • Organize, attend, and coordinate various partner-facing meetings with the purpose of fostering and maintaining relationships to achieve positive results for both Sportradar and our partners.
  • Maintain ongoing status lists and meeting recaps both internally and externally to help collective teams remain organized and accountable.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree. Degree in either business administration, sports management or data analytics preferred.
  • Previous experience in partnership management or coordination, preferably in the sports industry or in college athletic department.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and presentation software. Other analytical tool experience is a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and must be culturally aware and curious.
  • Ability to work in an adaptive environment, dealing with changing market dynamics both in the US and abroad.
  • Open to select travel to other Sportradar office locations and for various industry events.
  • Familiarity with the sports betting industry is a plus.

Recruitment Process

Pay Range

$55,000 - $65,000

Additional Information

Sportradar intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job‑related, non‑discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, qualifications, and location. Base pay is just one component of the Total Rewards that Sportradar provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work.
