Finance Manager

• Lead finance support for Outside Warehousing and Transportation, ensuring accuracy and strategic insight.
• Develop new analyses and reporting, while enhancing existing tools for forecasting, trending, and what‑if scenarios.
• Prepare high-quality, regular, and ad‑hoc financial reports and presentations for executive business reviews.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the business behind the numbers to provide actionable insights and highlight areas needing attention.
• Build and strengthen relationships with internal stakeholders across the organization.
• Lead stakeholder reviews, including freight and outside warehousing reviews, to drive alignment and performance.
• Calculate and prepare monthly accrual entries for applicable areas of ownership.
• Support the Supply Chain Finance team with additional responsibilities as needed. Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Manufacturing experience; supply chain and distribution experience strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of financial analysis and/or accounting experience.
• Superior computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Access/business warehouse/or relational database).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
