Klesk Metal Stamping Co is hiring a Finance & Accounting Manager to strengthen our accounting operations, cost accounting discipline, and ERP systems as we continue modernizing and growing our business.
We manufacture precision metal components for Fortune 500 OEMs across aerospace, industrial, medical, dental, power sports, telecommunications, and other high-demand sectors. We’re a team-oriented organization focused on quality, safety, continuous improvement, and long-term growth.
About the RoleThis is a hands‑on, growth‑focused role ideal for someone who is ready to own day-to-day accounting while building toward broader leadership responsibilities. You’ll partner closely with the CEO and our fractional CFO, lead month‑end close, improve cost accounting, enhance our ERP (Infor Syte Line), and help shape a scalable, modern finance function.
Key Responsibilities- Lead accurate, timely month‑end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Own and improve cost accounting (BOMs, routings, labor/overhead, job costing)
- Lead ERP finance processes and drive workflow, automation, and reporting improvements
- Oversee AP/AR, internal controls, compliance, and cash management support
- Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and decision‑making
- Partner with Operations on inventory valuation, standards, and margin visibility
- Coordinate audit/tax documentation and external advisor relationships
- Develop the Accounting Specialist and contribute financial insights to leadership
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience; manufacturing preferred
- Strong understanding of cost accounting, standard costing, BOMs, and routings
- ERP experience required (Syte Line, Epicor, Acumatica, or similar)
- Strong Excel and reporting skills
- Supervisory or mentorship experience preferred
- Hands‑on, resourceful, collaborative, and growth‑minded
