• Craft and implement financial strategies to support the company's transition to a software-first model.
• Manage financial forecasting, budgeting, and capital allocation to maximize growth.
• Identify and pursue investment opportunities, M&A targets, and strategic partnerships.
• Ensure financial operations comply with GAAP and optimize processes to enhance cash flow.
• Develop financial models for new business lines and expansion strategies.
• Maintain compliance with financial regulations and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team to drive strategic execution.

• Extensive experience in finance, investment strategy, or corporate financial leadership.
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, mergers & acquisitions, and investment analysis.
• Proven track record in capital raising and structuring investment deals.
• Hands‑on experience with financial systems, reporting tools, and ERP software.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop teams.

• Experience in high-growth companies, SaaS, or tech-enabled service businesses.
• Understanding of corporate finance, FP&A, and capital markets.
• Advanced degrees or certifications such as MBA, CFA, or CPA.
