The sponsor is bullish about its investment thesis in this newly acquired platform. They are prepared to invest heavily to drive the company's scale using both inorganic and organic methods.

• Integrate and rebrand the first three acquisitions made under this holding company
• Drive performance and prepare for future acquisitions.
• Acquire add-ons that will add scale, product, cross-sell, and multiple arbitrage.

Its sector specialties include industrial technologies & manufacturing, agriculture products, specialty services and distribution. Today the sponsor owns dozens of portfolio companies and has over $1B cumulative capital commitments.

  Manufacturing

  Top finance leader of up to a $50M minimum revenue manufacturing company OR number two finance leader within a larger enterprise responsible for up to $150M minimum revenue
• Orientation:
  Heavy operations orientation is required with related experience across cost management, strategy, and hands-on problem solving
• Private Equity:
  Highly preferred
• Accounting:
  Required
• M&A:
  Solid integration experience is highly preferred
