PwC invites experienced tax professionals to lead and shape transfer pricing practice. The role combines client service, strategy, and technical delivery in a fast‑moving global environment.

• Lead the development and execution of transfer pricing strategies for multinational clients.
• Supervise, develop, and coach teams to deliver exceptional results.
• Manage client service accounts and oversee engagement work streams.
• Conduct functional analysis interviews and perform market studies.
• Strategize on local‑country tax authority transfer pricing audits.
• Independently solve and analyze complex problems, applying firm methodologies and technology resources.
• Foster meaningful client relationships and motivate team members.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or International Business.
• 4+ years of relevant tax experience.
• CPA, bar membership, or other tax/finance credentials is an advantage.

• Master's degree in Economics, Finance, or related field.
• Proficiency in economic analysis and global tax issues.
• Leadership experience in functional analysis and market studies.
• Excellent communication skills in client relationships.
• Knowledge of automation and digitization in professional services.
• Experience with alternative fee arrangements and pricing strategies.

Salary range: $99,000 – $266,000. Actual compensation will depend on skills, experience, qualifications, and location. All hires are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
