Purpose:

Supports the Finance team by handling diverse financial tasks like AP/AR, journal entries, bank reconciliations, month-end close support and internal controls. This role ensures the accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of all accounts receivable and payable while maintaining Four Seasons’ high standards of financial integrity and guest service.

Prepare the hotel’s daily bank deposits and control all house funds, cash counts of all issued banks, and report any discrepancies to the Staff Accountant. Answer telephones and record messages accurately. File documents and reports. Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Director of Finance or Assistant Director of Finance. High school/college education or equivalent experience Minimum three to 12 months experience in related position Ability to read, speak, and write English Ability to operate computer equipment and Microsoft Office Suite software

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to prepare and deliver reports
