We are seeking an experienced Accounting & Finance Consultant with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience who is eager to broaden their industry exposure and contribute to high-impact, hands‑on projects

You will work on exciting initiatives across accounting operations, financial reporting, FP&A, systems implementations, and process improvement—supporting clients through periods of growth, transformation, or change.

• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities
• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Support audit preparation and liaise with external auditors
• Contribute to system implementations, upgrades, or ERP integrations
• Drive process improvements, documentation, and internal controls
• Partner cross‑functionally with finance, operations, and leadership teams
• Provide ad‑hoc analysis and project support as needed

• 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or a combination of public and industry roles
• CPA preferred but not required
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting principles
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Net Suite, Oracle, SAP, Workday, Dynamics, etc.) a plus
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial models and data analysis
• Strong communication skills and ability to adapt quickly in new environments
• Self‑starter mindset with a desire to learn and take ownership
