• Review complex individual tax returns for high‑net‑worth individuals and families, and provide income‑tax planning and advisory services.
• Coordinate with specialists in International Tax, state/local tax, and asset management to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of tax professionals; review work and ensure team members have the knowledge and tools needed to excel.

• Perform high‑quality reviews of complex tax આપવાM
• Extensive knowledge of hedge fund and private‑equity K‑1s.
• Research tax issues and develop effective planning strategies, translating complex data into client‑ready deliverables.
• Build long‑term client relationships and maintain a strong reputation in the field.
• Identify and respond to risks and opportunities to improve services and processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with significant tax or financial‑planning experience.
• CPA license or licensed attorney required.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in professional services آسی
• Deep understanding of estate and wealth planning, including federal and state personal and trustlywood income tax.
• Strong collaboration, negotiation skills, and confidence to challenge senior colleagues and stakeholders.
• Experience with automated tax processing systems and relevant tax laws.

• A proven record in high‑net‑worth tax planning.
• Experience in a professional services environment.
• Coaching and mentoring of junior colleagues.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt work style to collaborate with internal and client teams.

The salary range for this role in the US is $120–$150 per hour, based on education, experience, geographic factors, and business needs.
