Eisner Amper is seeking a Tax Senior Manager to join our Private Client Services Trust & Estate / High-Net-Worth team in Minneapolis, MN. This is a targeted opportunity for an experienced tax professional who enjoys advising high-net-worth individuals, families, fiduciaries, trusts, estates, family offices, and closely held business owners on complex tax planning and compliance  this role, you will oversee multiple client engagements, build trusted client relationships, support business development efforts, and mentor and develop team members.

What Work You Will be Responsible For:

Supervise, mentor, and develop team members while fostering a collaborative, service-oriented environment.

Oversee tax planning and compliance for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, fiduciaries, trusts, estates, family offices, and closely held business owners.

Review complex individual, fiduciary, gift, and estate tax returns.

Manage a portfolio of clients and act as the primary point of contact in conjunction with the engagement partner and client service team.

Advise clients on income tax planning, wealth transfer planning, trust and estate matters, charitable giving strategies, and multigenerational family tax considerations.

Serve as a primary client contact, in partnership with engagement partners and client service teams, providing proactive guidance and building long-term trusted advisor relationships.

Collaborate with PCS leadership and specialists across tax, advisory, SALT, international tax, and related service areas to deliver integrated planning, consulting, and compliance solutions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal team members, and external advisors, including attorneys, financial advisors, and other third-party client service providers.

Support the continued growth of the Minneapolis trust and estate / high-net-worth practice through exceptional client service, relationship development, market presence, and business development efforts.

Participate in client and prospective client meetings, seminars, and networking opportunities to help expand relationships and identify new opportunities.

Stay current on changes in tax laws, regulations, and accounting standards, and proactively apply new knowledge to client engagements.

Supervise, mentor, and develop team members, including reviewing work, providing feedback, and supporting professional growth.
