Base Salary: $130,000-$150,000 + 15% Target Bonus

• Direct partnership with the CFO, CEO, and senior leadership team.
• Own the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across multiple manufacturing facilities.
• Gain exposure to both FP&A and Treasury, creating broader finance leadership experience.
• Play a key role in operational decision-making and profitability improvement initiatives.

• Lead annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.
• Develop and maintain financial models, KPI reporting, and profitability analyses.
• Analyze manufacturing costs, customer profitability, plant performance, and operational results.
• Partner with plant leadership and business leaders to drive performance improvements.
• Manage cash-flow forecasting and treasury activities, including short- and medium-term cash planning.
• Consolidate financial results across domestic and international operations while supporting private equity reporting requirements.

• Manufacturing, industrial, or plant finance experience with a strong understanding of manufacturing costs and cost accounting.
• Proven experience owning budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and business partnering activities.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Demonstrated leadership through direct management, project leadership, mentoring, or significant business influence.
• Ability to build relationships with executive leadership, operational teams, and facility management.
