Job Summary:

As a Client Solutions Director, your responsibilities will include:

• Develop, grow and nurture client relationships.
• Marketing our services via video, telephone and in-person meetings with new and existing clients to expand the utilization of our services while providing an outstanding customer experience.
• Identify and discuss future project initiatives with clients, ensure clients' expectations are met and match contractors' skill sets with client engagement requirements, presenting highly skilled contractors to the client.
• Also participate in professional industry associations to increase our presence within the local finance and accounting community.

Qualifications:

• A business-related degree, ideally in finance or accounting. CPA and/or MBA a plus.
• 5+ years of professional experience. Public/industry accounting/finance or professional services experience a plus.
• Excellent negotiation, conflict management, problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong relationship development and persuasive skills-at all levels of the organization.
• Proficient in Microsoft office; knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM system a plus.

Salary:

The typical salary range for this position is $70,000 to $95,000. The salary is negotiable depending upon experience and location. The position is eligible for a bonus based upon achievement of performance objectives.
