Responsibilities

• Consult and inspire:
  Interact with customers, provide expert advice on premium skincare products.
• Tanning with a smile:
  Assist customers with tanning following state & local guidelines.
• Achieve sales targets:
  Surpass daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals and earn commissions.
• Maintain salon environment:
  Keep salon clean and organized.
• Handle transactions:
  Manage register and handle administrative tasks.
• Track progress:
  Monitor personal and team goal progress.
• Deliver exceptional customer service:
  Engage customers professionally and upbeat.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; passion for beauty industry.
• Age 18+.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights & weekends.
• Physical stamina:
  Stand, bend, walk, lift up to 15 lbs.
