Laughing Waters Spa LLC in Minneapolis, MN is looking for a talented and passionate Esthetician to join our team! Responsibilities:- Perform a variety of skin care treatments including facials, exfoliation, and deep cleansing services
- Conduct thorough skin consultations to assess client needs and recommend appropriate treatments
- Provide waxing, tinting, and other body and facial hair removal services
- Educate clients on proper skincare routines and recommend retail products tailored to their skin type
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and welcoming treatment room in accordance with state regulations
- Build lasting client relationships to encourage repeat bookings and referrals
- Stay current on the latest esthetics trends, techniques, and product knowledge
- Valid Minnesota Esthetician license required
- Experience in a spa, salon, or medical esthetics setting preferred
- Proficiency in facial treatments, waxing, and skin analysis
- Strong knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and application techniques
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain a loyal clientele
- Professional, reliable, and passionate about the beauty and wellness industry
