Overview
Trauma Sales Associate role focused on supporting sales of Stryker Trauma products, with formal training on our Trauma portfolio and sales methodology. You will gain exposure to the Trauma team culture, receive on-the-job training in the operating room, and work toward becoming an expert on surgical procedures while supporting surgeons and operating room teams. You will be on call most nights and weekends and aim to build strong relationships with clients through service and account management.
Responsibilities- Gain exposure to the Stryker Trauma team culture and participate in formal training on the Trauma product portfolio and sales methodology, including on-the-job training in the operating room.
- Observe well over 300 medical procedures in the first year to develop a high level of competency in orthopedic surgical needs and procedures.
- Become an expert on surgical procedures and contribute as a valuable member of the surgical team through client service and account management.
- Be on call most nights and weekends.
- Support efforts to improve healthcare outcomes by focusing on client service and relationship management.

- Monitoring processes, materials, and surroundings: Monitor information in operating rooms and medical settings to detect problems.
- Provide consultation and advice: Offer guidance on technical systems and processes to management or other groups.
- Technical communication: Explain technical product details clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrate motivation for sales: Drive toward sales goals and business targets.
- Basic computer literacy: Proficiency with email, Microsoft Office, and relevant software.
- Reading comprehension and written communication: Read and understand medical product specifications and training materials; communicate effectively to internal and external audiences.
Salary: 60,000 - 70,000 plus a bonus of 10,000 and benefits.
