Residential Supervisor-LTR
People Incorporated Mental Health Services is seeking a Residential Supervisor to join our Scott House Program, a long-term residential program working with deaf and hard of hearing clients. This full-time supervisory position provides the supervision, selection, and training of assigned staff. This role will provide program oversight to ensure that services meet the standards of People Incorporated in a manner that is consistent with the Mission, Vision and Values of the organization.
American Sign Language (ASL) is the primary mode of communication for those who are deaf or hard of hearing. This offers our residents a strong sense of community with other deaf adults and strengthens our support activities in a culturally affirmative environment. We provide an array of individualized services to our residents to help maintain independent living in a community setting.
Schedule:
Full-Time, Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30p, on‑call rotation on the weekends & some after hours

Hiring Range: $55,016 - $61,888.32 Salary, dependent on qualifications
Hiring Bonus: $1,000 Hiring Bonus to external candidates

MainJob Duties
- Support organization’s Mission, Vision and Values as well as program and organizational policies, procedures and service standards, ensuring staff understand and integrate accordingly.
- Supervise the work of assigned program staff to ensure adherence to quality standards and proper procedures, providing coaching when errors or problems are discovered and conducting regular 1:1 supervision with all assigned employees.
- Attract, hire, orient and retain high-quality staff.
- Provide training, assess strengths and development needs, and provide timely and specific feedback on job duties, company policies and best practices.
- Partner with staff on identifying and developing professional goals that encourage and support professional growth within the organization.
- Coordinate staff meetings and program scheduling, ensuring that proper coverage occurs. May co‑facilitate meetings with others as needed.
- Provide direct client services in an integrative and collaborative manner.
- In partnership with other program leaders, review program procedures and service standards, establish proper authority relationships among members of the work group and create a congenial work environment.
- Ability to drive clients to appointments and community outings.
