Salary, Sign‑On Bonus and BenefitsPay: DOE starting at $33 an hour. Eligible for a performance‑based bonus of up to $15,000 per year. Sign‑on bonus up to $20,000.

At T & K Pediatric Services, you will help children develop the skills needed to perform daily activities and reach developmental milestones. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team—including speech‑language pathologists, early intervention specialists, physical therapists, and behavioral health professionals—to create and implement individualized treatment plans.
Responsibilities- Evaluate children’s physical, sensory, and cognitive abilities to determine needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Create and implement therapeutic activities and exercises to improve motor skills, coordination, sensory integration, and cognitive abilities.
- Monitor and record progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and document patient achievements.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to therapy.
- Provide education and support to parents and caregivers on strategies to promote skill development and carry‑over of therapy techniques at home.
- A master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from a regionally accredited program.
- A North Dakota state license or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
- Prior experience working with children, preferably in a pediatric setting (training will be provided for a qualified candidate).
- Demonstrated knowledge of pediatric occupational therapy principles, techniques, and best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members, parents, and caregivers.
