Job Title:
Weekend Occupational Therapy Assistant – In-Home Care Model
Company: Home Health Care, Inc.
Schedule: Weekend Visits (Flexible Every/Every Other Weekend)
Pay: $42 - $46 per visit.
Mileage reimbursement between clients!

OverviewLooking to make a weekend impact? As a COTA with Home Health Care, Inc., you’ll guide clients on their path to independence from the comfort of their homes while benefiting from a supportive OT-led structure.
Duties- Facilitate daily living skills, mobility routines, and therapy-based activities under OT direction.
- Provide coaching and home exercise instruction to clients and caregivers.
- Record all visit data and patient insights to aid the clinical team’s planning.
- Collaborate with other disciplines for integrated care.
- Current Minnesota COTA license.
- Passion for home-based care.
- Excellent communication and adaptability.
- EMR experience preferred.
