• Pay: $24-30 /hour based on experience and supervision hour completion

  Full‑time teammates receive a minimum of 32‑40 hours a week regardless of patient cancellations

• Accrue 85% of fieldwork hours (1700/2000 hrs)
• Complete all restricted hours
• Provide proof of enrollment in an accredited masters program
• Deliver early intervention therapy in a center‑based setting for children ages 18 months‑8 years
• Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with BCBAs and team on core values
• Allocate 8 hours per week off direct care to work on BDS modules
• Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining
