What You'll Do:

  • Ensure efficient and effective coordination of home health care services
  • Oversee the scheduling team across both the Twin Cities and Southwest offices
  • Serve as the scheduler in charge and support key administrative functions
  • Assist with payroll operations when needed
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency and financial health of the organization

What You'll Need:

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business or related field preferred
  • Minimum of one year of scheduling, healthcare coordination or office management experience
  • Home Care experience preferred
  • Previous CNA experience preferred
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance
