We are a premier ABA provider for children with autism, supporting Behavior Technician (BT) and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) professionals who are accruing supervision hours. Join our Rising Stars program and become a BCBA Intern under experienced guidance.

Pay and Benefits

Base pay range: $24.00/hr - $30.00/hr (based on experience and supervision hour completion).

  • Potential wage increases every 6 months.
  • Guaranteed path to becoming a BCBA with a competitive BCBA salary upon passing.
  • Bonuses based on accrued hours, with potential to earn up to $1,500 per year.
  • Guaranteed hours:
    Minimum 32-40 hours/week regardless of patient cancellations.

  • $5,000 BCBA Pass Bonus for first‑attempt ABC exam pass.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Supervisee has accrued 85% of fieldwork hours (1700/2000 hours).
  • All restricted hours completed.
  • Proof of enrollment in an accredited applicable master’s program.
  • Provide early intervention therapy in a center‑based setting, shaping the minds of children ages 18 months to 8 years old.
  • Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans for each child.
  • Collaborate with BCBA’s and our team of like‑minded individuals dedicated to living ABC’s core values.
  • Allocate 8 hours per week off direct care schedule to work on BDS modules.
  • Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining our team.
