** What You'll Do*
* + Perform venipuncture, capillary, pediatric, and geriatric specimen collections following established procedures and quality standards

+ Verify patient identification and ensure specimens are labeled accurately in the patient's presence

+ Prepare and process specimens for laboratory testing while maintaining integrity and compliance requirements

+ Maintain required records, documentation, and patient confidentiality

+ Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming, professional experience for patients

+ Perform both clinical and forensic specimen collection and processing duties

+ Travel to other locations as needed to support staffing and operational requirements

+ Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment

** What We're Looking For*
* + A current, up-to-date resume

+ High School Diploma or equivalent required

+ 1-3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections

+ Strong phlebotomy skills with the ability to perform quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment

+ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

+ Customer service experience in a healthcare, retail, or service environment preferred

+ Medical Assistant or Paramedic training preferred

+ Strong keyboarding, data entry, communication, and organizational skills

+ Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between locations as needed

+ Ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and accuracy

+ Ability to meet compliance requirements including immunizations (MMR, Varicella, Tdap, and TB Test required; COVID and Flu vaccinations strongly recommended)
