Weekend floats are scheduled to work every weekend at one of our three locations in Minneapolis.

Evening Weekend

Saturdays and Sundays, 4:00pm to 12:30am – OR –
Schedule B:
Overnight Weekend
Schedule:
Saturdays and Sundays, 11:55pm to 8:30am
Weekday floats must be available to work any shift during the week, on short notice, at any of one of our three locations in Minneapolis.
Weekday floats will be scheduled to work in advance once every other week.

TMH’s Resident Support Specialist provides support to clients in our three supportive housing programs, all of which are located in Minneapolis, on short notice.
Resident Support Specialist Responsibilities:- Establishes supportive and motivational relationships with residents.
- Observe residents for changes in health symptoms; perform behavioral management interventions; and de-escalate mental health crises.
- Perform delegated nursing services, including medication assistance, as unlicensed personnel under the direction of the nursing staff.
- Promote participation in community activities; and provide support and prompts that encourage socialization.
- Support the cleanliness of common areas and bedrooms and complete housekeeping duties.
- Ensure residents and their guests are following site guidelines to ensure the facility is safe and secure.
- Collaborate with other staff members, consultants, interns and/or volunteers.
- Ability to work at any one of our three locations in Minneapolis
- Ability to work shifts on short notice
- Ability to work from 4:00pm to 12:30am OR from 11:55pm to 8:30am
- Previous experience supporting adults with mental illness, co-occurring disorders, and/or long-term homelessness preferred
