REM Community Services, part of Sevita, provides community-based services for individuals with IDD. This full-time on-call role pays $23.25 per hour and supports 4–6 individuals in residential settings, with a schedule including AM/PM/on shifts.
Responsibilities include direct support, health maintenance, medication administration, documentation, and transportation. A valid driver’s license and clean MVR are required; six months in human services is preferred.
